Through our extensive research with many of the UK's leading recruitment companies we identified and continue to develop solutions to overcome the top 6 obstacles preventing recruiters from resourcing faster:

• "It takes me too many clicks"
  Moving between different systems to locate and review the best candidates for a vacancy takes time.
• "I review thousands of CVs"
  For each placement made, recruiters look through, on average, 750 CVs. This all costs money and wastes time.
• "No two consultants work in the same way"
  The inconsistency in their approach and their failure to adopt a best practice means that recruiters' performance can vary significantly.

  When searching, recruiters look through hundreds of out of date CVs time and time again.
