iProfileExchange

SkillsMarket runs the iProfileExchange on behalf of its clients. The iProfileExchange enables recruitment companies to share the burden of profiling candidates and keeping candidate records up-to-date for those candidates that they mutually hold, whilst keeping their exclusive candidates private to themselves.

• Each recruitment company has their own private pool of iProfiles.
• Each candidate only has one iProfile and receives regular requests to keep it updated.
• Each CV held by a recruitment company is linked to the relevant iProfile.
• A recruitment company can only view iProfiles that correspond to CVs they have received directly from candidates.

Those recruitment companies that are members of the iProfile Exchange, shown scrolling at the bottom of this page, have seen the number of up-to-date records in their candidate database increase from the industry average of 7-10% to over 50%.
