SkillsMarket short-listed for ATSCo's award for Innovation (06/11/2007)


Following last month's announcement that we were short-listed for REC's award for Innovation, we're pleased to announce that our new resourcing tool, iPlace, has also been short-listed for the Association of Technology Staffing Companies (ATSCo) Innovation of the Year award.

This award recognizes the company which has brought to the Technology staffing industry market the most innovative or pioneering idea over the past 12 months and the results will be announced at ATSCo's annual ball on Friday 16th November at London's Royal Lancaster hotel.

iPlace, which was launched in March 2007, is already being used by some of the UK's biggest recruitment companies and the initial results have been phenomenal. One client has seen the productivity levels of its recruiters increase by 40% as a result of iPlace. Whilst another client has increased its recruiters' placement targets by 60%.

SkillsMarket believes that, in due course, recruiters will be able to double their monthly placements with iPlace.
