Alexander Mann Solutions leads the RPO market with iProfile (22/01/07)

Alexander Mann Solutions, one of the leading international Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers, announced this week that they have chosen to use SkillsMarket's iProfile system to further strengthen delivery capability for some clients as part of their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) offering. Alexander Mann Solutions will become the first RPO provider to provide SkillsMarket’s seamless campaign management service by converting candidates’ CVs into iProfiles.

The iProfile is the online CV that has been adopted by almost two million UK jobseekers. As part of the agreement, candidates applying for jobs with a number of Alexander Mann Solutions’ clients will be asked to verify their details via their online iProfile. As the portals will carry both Alexander Mann Solutions and its client’s branding, the job application process will be seamless to jobseekers.

Alexander Mann Solutions delivers RPO services across more than 60 countries globally, utilising a range of recruitment systems. SkillsMarket will assist Alexander Mann Solutions in processing and formatting candidate records consistently, helping their business deliver significant efficiency improvements to its clients.

The candidate portal will also be maintained through SkillsMarket’s updating solution, the iProfile Exchange. This will help Alexander Mann Solutions ensure that their clients and candidates receive high levels of service and benefit from accurate matching for open positions.

As well as utilising SkillsMarket’s iProfile and iProfileExchange solutions, Alexander Mann Solutions is also implementing iPlace, the award winning resourcing tool. This will enable them to search against candidate information and produce candidate shortlists faster, delivering higher conversion rates to their clients.
