Leading job boards discuss the direction of their services (07/12/06)

At this quarter's ATSCo IT Forum, chaired by SkillsMarket's Founder and Product Director, Alex Charles, members were given the unique opportunity to discuss and influence the future direction of job board services with the heads of leading job boards, including:

• Robbie Cowling, Managing Director of Jobserve
• Mike Wall, Sales Director at Jobsite
• Richard Nott, Website Director at CWJobs

Topics discussed included:

• Data ownership models that work for both the job boards and agencies
• Deeper technical integration of job board services for agencies
• Candidate ownership and database rights in relation to advert response and CVs downloaded from their databases
• Clarification of status of on-site managed service agents (corporate or agency)
• Feedback from job boards to agencies
• Job boards view on the growth of recruitment on lifestyle portals - e.g. linked-in
