SkillsMarket short-listed for REC’s Innovation in Recruitment Award (04/10/06)

Following our announcement last week that we have been short-listed for ATSCo’s Innovation of the year award for the second year running, SkillsMarket are pleased to announce that we have also been short-listed for REC’s London and Southeast Innovation in Recruitment Award.

This is the first annual London and South East Recruitment Awards, sponsored by REC, and they are intended to create a pride within both the recruitment industry and H.R. and training departments of all businesses. As well as provide recognition of achievements within the recruitment industry.

We have been short-listed for this prestigious award due to the fact that we are enabling recruiters to benefit from greater access to both active and passive jobseekers through the iProfile. This was recognised as being critical in today’s candidate driven marketplace.

The iProfile is the industry leading online CV and it is simplifying the exchange of information between jobseekers and recruiters. As a result, it is enabling recruiters to provide a more responsive as well as efficient service to their clients and it is helping them to comply with the latest data legislation.

The results will be announced for this award at REC’s ball on 20th October. We will keep you posted!
