RICK BACON CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER As CEO of iProfile, Rick Bacon is spearheading the rollout of its new products and services for recruiters throughout the UK and overseas.
His extensive international experience and knowledge of running recruitment businesses as well as selling technology solutions to large companies and Government is a huge asset to iProfile. His diverse international career includes working for a number of major US and European multinationals and includes a period as a main board director of Parity Group plc, where he was responsible for its UK, continental Europe and US recruitment businesses and Parity's HR management solution.. Most recently Rick was based in the US with PRG Schultz, the world's leader in Accounts Payable,VAT recovery where he was responsible for some 1,100 employees in Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Canada.
DANIEL ELKINS FOUNDER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR As one of the founders, Daniel established the business model and the iProfile as the industry leading online CV. He also established iProfile as the largest CV processing service provider in the UK if not the world. Having achieved over 95% adoption of the iProfile in its first market, UK IT, he is championing the cause for improving the recruitment process as an member of the Executive Committee member of ATSCo (Association for Technology Staffing Companies) and representing the recruitment industry on the UK IT Work Permits Advisory Board.
Now iProfile is well established and able to deliver its solutions to a wider audience, Daniel is working with partners, industry bodies and the Government to establish the iProfile as "the online CV" across all sectors and geographies. Prior to iProfile, he set up the operation for PricewaterhouseCoopers' largest outsourcing contract, after spending a number of years as an investment banker.
ALEX CHARLES FOUNDER & PRODUCT DIRECTOR Alex is one of the founders of the business and is focused on the development of the product. His background as an IT contractor, working in fields such as HR and Banking, have helped him to innovate new solutions that address issues facing the staffing sector. Alex works closely with the client base to analyse the effectiveness of iProfile solutions and to drive the product forward.
He is a founding director of the HR-XML consortium for Europe, which promotes the standard XML schema use throughout the HR community. Alex also chairs the ATSCo IT Directors forum where common strategic IT, product and service issues are discussed.
ROGER GRAHAM OBE CHAIRMAN Roger Graham joined iProfile as Chairman in April 2006. He brings with him a unique combination of experience in building successful IT services businesses, running large recruitment businesses and he was also the former President of the UK software trade association, Intellect. In the mid '90s, Roger was Chairman of Computer People/Delphi and was instrumental in the acquisition of several companies to create the largest IT Recruitment Consultancy in the UK.
Roger's career in IT, HR and marketing services spans 45 years and has recently been spent building e-commerce and software companies from early stage to market leading positions.
IAN GRIFFITHS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Ian is responsible for managing and guiding the corporate financial direction of the business.
Most recently, Ian was the European CFO for PRG-Schultz, the world’s leading profit recovery organisation, and was responsible for the financial and commercial affairs of operations in 17 countries across Europe. Here, Ian oversaw a major restructuring of the business, turning it from a loss making and cash absorbing business into a profitable and cash generative company. Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, then spending a further eight years there specialising in corporate finance, advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including : IPO’s; capital raising and MBOs/MBIs, both in the UK and across Europe. Subsequent to this, Ian has undertaken a variety of roles in a number of commercial organisations (both public and private), and across a number of industry sectors (manufacturing, professional services, engineering and consulting).
PETER LINAS ALLIANCE DIRECTOR Peter is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with organisations working within the recruitment sector. His role is focused on continuing to support the rapid adoption of the iProfile, delivering valuable solutions to individuals and supporting companies who are keen to build solutions around the iProfile.
Peter has over 15 years experience of leading sales teams across Europe and delivering solutions within the recruitment business, gained with some of Europe’s largest recruitment companies. Peter was also responsible for building and running an international sales force within the IT services business, PRG Schultz Inc, where he was responsible for Europe.
KARL GREGORY MARKETING DIRECTOR Karl joined iProfile in November 2007with the role of developing and executing a go to marketing strategy which establishes the iProfile as the online CV of choice as well as successfully growing the MiProfile.com web-site into an essential CV & Career management service for job seekers.
Prior to iProfile, Karl's experience spans across blue chip companies, start-ups and world-class Internet brands. The latter includes a role as the head of marketing for Yahoo! Search, UK & Ireland and was a key part of the management team tasked with the growth and development of Yahoo!'s Search division. Karl has a wealth of web search, online and offline marketing experience, having worked in a variety of senior management positions in the online sector. Prior to his role at Yahoo! Search, Karl worked for AltaVista as International Marketing Director.
ALEX LEVER CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR Alex has spent much of his career analysing and managing the key operations within the business, as well as the needs of the recruitment industry as a whole. With over 10 years experience in the IT industry Alex has considerable knowledge of IT strategy planning, product development and implementations.
In his role as Client Services Director, Alex and his team will work with clients from the point of signing a contract to the successful implementation of our solutions. His focus is on ensuring all new client implementations meet clients' requirements and run as quickly, smoothly and deliver results.
ANGELA STEELE ACCA FINANCE MANAGER Angela is responsible for managing the finances across the business. As a qualified accountant she provides key financial analysis of the business's performance as well as manages a team responsible for the daily administration of the accounts.
She also oversees projects designed to add value to the company and enhance the working environment.
MATT TAYLOR NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Matt is a partner of Foresight Venture Partners, which provides venture capital and expertise to help growth companies. He has more than 14 years' venture capital experience, including 8 years with 3i in the Midlands and South West. He trained in corporate finance with Morgan Stanley International and spent 3 years working in Germany with IKB Deutsche Industriebank.
ALAN WALLACE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Alan is a founder Director of Katalyst Ventures Ltd where his skills and background in marketing, branding and general management are used in nurturing and supervising the development of new businesses. Before establishing Katalyst Alan was Managing Director of Premier Brands, which included brands included Typhoo Tea, Cadbury's Highlights, Chivers, Kenco, London Herb and Spice and Marvel.He has also held Directorships with Dairy Crest, Great Universal Stores, The Sara Lee Corporation, Cambridge Nutrition and RHM.
Alan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics as well as a Masters Degree and Phd in Management Sciences specialising in Marketing.
